Long before titles or responsibilities, Colby started on a farm- learning from his father Bobby, his mother Cyndi, and his grandfather John Sanchez. Early mornings, fence lines, and straightened nails taught him that if you take care of the land, it will take care of you. Those years built something deeper than skill: awareness, anticipation, and a respect for people and work that never faded. Today, that same instinct drives the team and creates opportunity across the island, carrying forward what was passed down and preparing the generations long to come.
